Programme Description
General and specific objectives
In order to further promote mobility the Danish government grant Danish universities an additional one-off payment of approx. 670 EUR (2010) per exchange student or trainee (any nationality). Incoming as well as outgoing mobility is included in the scheme. The study period or period of internship has to be at least three months. It is a requirement that the student obtains full credit for the study period or period of internship abroad or in Denmark.

Priority actions

Management and coordination
On the annual State Budget the universities are given preliminary appropriations based on their expected amount of in and outgoing exchange students. At the end of the fiscal year the Danish University and Property Agency makes a correction of these appropriations based on the actual amount of exchange students attending universities.
